Jordan Ade is a real estate broker with a strong passion for urban living and the convenience of walking to everything. This led him to develop a keen interest in condominiums in downtown Seattle and become a condo owner and resident himself.
Jordan began his career in Seattle by advising clients on vacation real estate acquisition and sales from within Travel and Leisure, which helped him establish himself as a downtown Seattle resident. His focus on improving efficiency and processes for the benefit of clients led him to pursue a career as a real estate broker. He joined the Seattle Condo Specialist team, a leading condo specialist group that helps individuals buy, sell, lease, or lease out their dream homes. While condos are a primary focus due to their abundance in downtown Seattle, the team also works with townhomes, houses, and investment properties.
For Jordan, the ability to fundamentally help others is what excites him most in life. As everyone needs a home, he feels that he has finally found the perfect place to give back to the community and help make Seattle the best place to live. Jordan dedicates himself to learning everything there is to know about the Seattle real estate market, for the benefit of his clients.
The Seattle Condo Specialist team believes in living where they work, which is why Jordan is not only a Condominium owner and resident on Capitol Hill, but also a member of his Homeowner Association’s Board of Directors. There, he brings his knowledge of the real estate market, as well as his passion for computers and technology. He strongly believes that a truly beautiful Seattle requires direct community involvement from its residents.
In addition to his passion for real estate, Jordan is also a proud Eagle Scout from Troop 18 in his hometown of Everett, WA. During his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, hiking, biking, skiing, video gaming, and tinkering with various types of computers and information technology.
